Reel Review Post (reelreviewpost.com) is a static comparison website. We respect your privacy and collect as little as we need to run the pages and answer messages.

What we may process

• Contact details you send via the contact form or email (name, address, message body).
• Technical logs from our hosting provider (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used to keep the site secure and diagnose faults.
• Cookie preference stored locally in your browser when you accept or reject the banner (see the cookie policy).

What we do not do

We do not operate gambling accounts and therefore never hold payment cards, balances, or KYC documents for play. Operator accounts live with those brands under their own privacy notices.

Lawful bases

We process contact messages under legitimate interests / consent to respond. Hosting logs are processed for security. Preference cookies are stored with your choice via the banner controls.

Retention & rights

Contact emails are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by writing to hello@reelreviewpost.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you believe your rights were breached.

Third parties

Outbound affiliate links lead to operator or network domains that set their own cookies and process data under their policies. Fonts may load from Google Fonts; their privacy materials apply to that request.
